This course will introduce students to the determinants of professional wellness within a holistic framework. Students will be exposed to an ecological framework to understand the interconnectedness of public health and workplace wellness outcomes. Students will explore empirical research underlying key determinants of health and connecting the duality between personal wellness to professional outcomes. Students will learn how to assess wellness on a continuum, strategies, and best practices to carry into the workplace.
