HCCC Offering Hypnosis for Weight Loss Workshop

HCCC will offer a Hypnosis for Weight Loss workshop Wednesday, January 11 from 6 to 8 p.m.

The workshop will help participants change their thinking about weight loss. Participants will learn focus and concentration techniques to lose weight in a unique and fun way. The fee is $19. Preregistration is required.
