  • Transfer Agreement with SUNY Potsdam
    HCCC recently entered into a new transfer agreement with SUNY Potsdam. Herkimer graduates with an A.A. or A.S. degree will be provided a seamless transfer into SUNY Potsdam.
  • Herkimer County Arts and Crafts Fair to Feature Over 100 Quality Crafters
    The 38th Herkimer County Arts and Crafts Fair will take place Saturday and Sunday, November 8 and 9 at HCCC. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
    The fair is known for featuring creative vendors who offer high-quality, fine art and unique products. This year’s vendors will offer photography, jewelry, clothing, specialty foods and more.
  • Introduction to Excel Course Offered at HCCC
    HCCC is offering a non-credit computer course in Microsoft Excel.
  • Mind Body and Healing Course Offered at HCCC
    HCCC is offering a personal interest course Mind, Body and Healing.
  • Alcohol Awareness Week
    In observation of National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week, HCCC students participated in a Mocktail Event. The purpose of the event was to promote awareness and prevention of alcohol abuse and impaired driving. Sixteen student clubs set up booths with prevention messages and created mocktails. Stop DWI was on hand with beer goggles and a simulated driving course. Students wore the beer goggles while navigating the course and taking a sobriety test. Domestic Violence of Catholic Charities also was present to help students understand how alcohol and violence are related. The Physical Therapist Club won the best tasting mocktail.   • HCCC Offers Veterans Day Information Session
    HCCC will hold a Veterans Day Information Session for prospective students on Tuesday, November 11 from 9 a.m. to noon in the McLaughlin College Center. Representatives from the Admissions office will be available to explain and assist with the application process. Campus tours will be offered at 10 and 11 am.
