Phi Theta Kappa is the national honor society for two-year college students. -
Three HCCC Students Selected for SUNY Chancellor Awards for Student ExcellenceHCCC seniors Kathryn M. Dolly (Herkimer), Kayla Guidi (Herkimer) and Avery McLemore (Poughkeepsie) have been selected for the 2014 SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence. The Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence honors State University of New York students who have best demonstrated and been recognized for their integration of academic excellence with other aspects of their lives, which may include leadership, campus involvement, athletics, career achievement, community service or creative and performing arts.

American Red Cross Blood DriveHCCC is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Thursday, April 17 from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm. It will be held in room 217 of the McLaughlin College Center. The blood drive is being sponsored by the Black Latino Student Union.

Robert H. Wood Great Artists Series to Present The Hot Club of San FranciscoThe Hot Club of San Francisco will perform at HCCC on Friday, April 11, 2014 at 7 p.m. in the Sarkus-Busch Theater, located in the Robert McLaughlin College Center. The performance is open to the public free of charge.
