Human Services Club at HCCC Performs Holiday Concert for Nursing Home ResidentsThe Human Services Club at HCCC performed a holiday concert for the residents of The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Home at Mohawk Valley in Ilion on Wednesday, December 12th. Included in the concert were performances by students Matthew Aceto of Deerfield and Julia Grippe of Sauquoit, majoring in Music Industry at HCCC. Club members presented residents with bells and ornaments which they adorned with special quotes. Club advisor Grace Ashline said, "It was pretty impactful and powerful. Julia and Matt sang beautifully. The jingle bells with quotes and donated ornaments brought residents and staff to tears. It was pretty humbling and an event I am very proud of the Human Services club for identifying, coordinating and pulling off."

HCCC Human Services Club Winter Necessity Drive a SuccessThe Human Services Club at HCCC collected gently used winter necessities in donation boxes on campus. The items were donated to children in need within Herkimer County through Catholic Charities.

Robert H. Wood Great Artists Series Presents a Free Performance by The Hot Club of San FranciscoThe Robert H. Wood Great Artists Series will present Hot Club Cool Yule on Friday, December 14 at 7:00 p.m. in HCCC’s Sarkus-Busch Theater. The performance is open to the public and free of charge.

Blood Drive at HCCCHCCC will host an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Thursday, December 6, 2018, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall, located in the Robert McLaughlin College Center. This event is sponsored by the Herkimer Generals baseball team.

Jeremy Cingranelli Appointed to Purchasing AgentHCCC announces the appointment of Jeremy Cingranelli, of Stittville, NY, to the position of purchasing agent. Cingranelli will provide purchasing services for the campus community and supervise the mailroom/copy center.
