New York State Sheriff’s Institute 2018 Criminal Justice ScholarshipHerkimer County Sheriff Chris Farber recently presented the New York State Sheriff’s Institute 2018 Criminal Justice Scholarship to Jenna Bullis of Unadilla, NY. Bullis is a December 2017 graduate of HCCC’s Criminal Justice: Forensic Investigations and is planning to attend the University of Southern Mississippi in the fall.
