  • HCCC to Offer Instant Admit Mondays
    HCCC will be offering Instant Admit Mondays throughout the summer. Students interested in enrolling for the fall 2016 semester will be able to visit, apply and get admitted to the College on the same day. Instant Admit Mondays will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following dates: June 6, 13, 20 and 27; July 11, 18 and 25; and August 1, 8 and 15.
  • HCCC to Offer Summer Boys Basketball Program
    The HCCC men’s basketball coaching staff will offer a strength and conditioning program, basketball clinic and exhibition games for boys ages 12-15. The program will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, Tuesday, July 12, Thursday, July 14, Tuesday, July 19 and Thursday, July 21. The cost is $60 and includes a t-shirt. Space is limited to 20 participants.
  • Cogar Gallery to Feature Artwork by Anne and Thomas Contino
    HCCC’s Cogar Gallery will showcase art from Anne and Thomas Contino from Friday, June 3 to Sunday, August 3. An artist reception will be held on Sunday, June 12 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • HCCC Supports Women’s Event
    HERKIMER, NY – HCCC President Cathleen McColgin, faculty and students attended the “Power of the Purse Luncheon” Tuesday, May 10 at the Radisson Hotel in Utica, NY. The 19th annual event was sponsored by The Women’s Fund of Herkimer & Oneida Counties Inc. with Joan D. Mandle, Ph.D., executive director of Democracy Matters as the guest speaker. The Women’s Fund seeks to create economic, educational and personal growth opportunities for women of all ages and to encourage their advancement and participation in the community.   • HCCC Student-Athletes Receive Chancellor’s Scholar Athlete Award
    Two HCCC student-athletes received the 2016 SUNY Chancellor’s Scholar Athlete Award recognizing a combination of outstanding academic excellence and superior athletic achievement. They were among only 78 recipients from 42 campuses statewide to receive the award this year.
    “Recipients of this award are honored for high achievement in and out of the classroom, accomplishment marked by hard work, dedication and discipline,” said SUNY Chancellor Nancy L. Zimpher. “Congratulations to each of this year’s SUNY scholar athletes, and thank you to the many faculty, coaches and staff across SUNY who mentor and support them.”
  • Paranormal Investigation Course Offered at HCCC
    HCCC will be offering a non-credit paranormal investigation course.
