Herkimer County Community College is expanding its academic offerings with the launch of a new Artificial Intelligence – Business degree program, designed to prepare students for success in one of today’s fastest-growing and most in-demand fields.

“HCTV News” returns with new features for viewersThe award-winning student produced “HCTV News” is now back live for the fall semester at Herkimer College. HCTV News will run live every Thursday at 1:00pm during the semester, with an encore presentation Fridays at 5:00pm. Newscasts will also be archived on the Communication Arts YouTube channel.

Register Now for Winter Mini SessionHerkimer College will offer a winter mini session from Tuesday, December 29, 2015 through Friday, January 22, 2016. Subject areas offered include business, English, health, humanities, information science, mathematics, physical education, science and social science. Winter mini courses are offered online with the exception of Physical Fitness I.

Alfred A. Barbato Reappointed to Board of TrusteesAlfred A. Barbato, Schuyler, NY, has been reappointed by the Herkimer County Legislature to the Herkimer County Community College Board of Trustees. Barbato has served on the Board since 2002, and was a member of the Finance, Facilities and Audit Committee from 2011-to 2013. His new term expires in 2021.
